From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I received a confirmation text after the appointment was made and another text with a photo of Joseph letting me know that he was on his way. He was able to come out when it was convenient for our business and arrived exactly when he said he would. Joseph was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue in detail before getting to work. He removed the entire toilet to make sure that the snake didn’t damage the porcelain and not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I was really impressed by the level of service and the fair pricing. I truly appreciate how he explained exactly what he was doing and that he made sure everything was working properly. We needed a new hot water heater. They scheduled it for the next day. They were at the house earlier, explained what they needed to do, finished the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up so that it looked like there was nothing done. Simply the best plumber you can hire! I used Kunes Plumbing to replace all my polybutalyn pipes. I got several quotes, some almost triple their price. Once scheduled, Scott, the owner, showed up with his crew, on time. They protected the floors and covered furniture from dust. His crew were so respectful and courteous. They arrived on time every day and completed the work exactly when promised. Their quality of work was par none! Upon city inspection there were no issues found and everything passed. His drywall repairman was also incredible. Once he was finished, it was impossible to tell that the drywall was even cut! I cannot recommend this company enough! Don't even bother looking for another company.

In addition they recommended to go with permit, which is a testament for their quality of work.
